Your vacation and your safety are the most important thing for us. That is why during this quarantine we have trained all our staff with a biosecurity guidelines. Absolutely everyone: administration, maintenance, cleaning, laundry, gardening staff and ourselves.At Cabañas del Lacar we take care of every detail for your peace of mind.
- The cleaning staff is provided with special clothing, which is changed before entering each cabin.
Cap, glasses, gloves and overalls.
Once the cabin is sanitized, the staff changes to new clothing before entering the next cabin. - Upon your arrival at our complex we will request that only one member of the family group enters the reception wearing a face mask and bringing all the identifications of the family group.
- At the entrance door we installed a sanitizing mat, so that your shoes are sanitized before entering, and a dispenser with gel alcohol for you to sanitize your hands.
- Once in the reception, our staff will receive you behind a glass that we installed for your security; they will always do it with a smile hidden in their facemask and the appropriate clothing for this protocol.
- After checking in, we will accompany you and your family to the cabin. Before entering the cabin we are going to sanitize both hand luggage and suitcases. Temperature will also be taken with a remote digital thermometer.
What is this for? To sanitize the luggage that is taken into the rooms.
- At the entrance to your cabin you will find a sanitizing mat and another one to dry your shoes, as well as a dispenser with gel alcohol so everyone can sanitize their hands before entering.
- By the door you will find a table where you can leave your facemasks and sanitize them with the appropriate product sprayer on the table.
- You will also find several coat racks. Please, do not bring into the rooms jackets, hats, scarves or gloves. Leave them hanging on said coat racks.
After each Check Out
The entire cabin is sanitized with a special fumigator and all the linens are changed. Covers, towels, bath towels, bedspreads and curtains are washed.
Common spaces are sanitized every day with soap and water sprayer.
