Our goal is that you never frustrate because of the events that afflict the world, and that is why we understand that we have to change the ways and make absolutely everything flexible, so you can buy without the risk of losing money and come whenever you want.
We offer flexible sale packages so you can buy for high, medium or low season without the risk of losing money. Your booking is protected by flexibility throughout 2020, 2021 and 2022.
Paying in cash you obtain flexibility.
Pay with credit card in 12 installments.
How does flexibility work?
We can reschedule our clients' stay for the same season they had paid for, whether it is high, medium or low, to be used within 2020, 2021 or 2022.
It cannot be rescheduled for the same season of the current year. For example: If you scheduled for the current month, you will not be able to reschedule for the following month.
If you bought 10 nights and you cannot come for Covid reasons, you will be able use them at any time until November 2022 in the same season as the one purchased without any changes in prices.
High Season: You can use your booking at any time of the 365 days of the year
Mid Season: You can use ir in mid or low season.
Low Season: You can only use it in Low Season
Periods of each season
- High Season: July, August, January, February, Easter.
- Mid Season: from March 1st to March 14th, from December 16th to December 31st and during September.
- Low Season:from March15th to 30th, April, May, until June 15th and October, November and December until 15th.
Flexibility only applies when you are able to travel due to Covid 19.
